At 10:50 pm, the department was dispatched to a vehicle fire on Evergreen Rd. Engine 51, Squad 51, Tanker 51, Deputy 51, and fire police responded. Engine 51 crews pulled a hos line and worked to extinguish the flames. Tanker 51 fed water to the engine and Squad 51 crews handled hydraulic tools and assisted in cleaning the roadway. Fire Police and Limerick police temporarily closed off lanes on northbound Evergreen Rd. All were available about an hour later.
