2:58pm the department was dispatched to an accident at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. Upon arrival Deputy 51 reported an Army vehicle with a struck gas tank. The crews from Rescue 51 and Squad 51 assisted with fluid control. Fire Police assisted with Traffic Control.
