A dozen members participated in the Departments monthly water rescue training held at Trinley Park Boat launch. After Saturday's rainfall, the Schuylkill River was elevated which provided very realistic conditions which included elevated water level and debris.
Both Swift water 51-1 and 51-2 were launched. General boat operations as well as ferrying and retrieving buoys were conducted. Members work hard to keep their skill set sharp.
