At 12:03 pm, the department was dispatched to assist Sanatoga Fire Co (58) on a large field fire in Lower Pottsgrove Township on the property of the former Occidental Chemical Plant. Field 51-1, Field 51-2, Utility 51, ATV 51, and Deputy 51 responded.
