Shortly after our volunteers got home from their weekly Monday night training on September 16, the department was dispatched at 9:45 pm for a fire alarm on Rosewood Trl. Squad 51, Engine 51, and Deputy 51 responded. Crews checked the residence for a potential cause of the alarm activation. While still on the scene of the fire alarm call, the department was dispatched for a second call at 10:03 pm for a vehicle accident with injuries on Route 422. Engine 51 left the first call and responded to the vehicle accident. Rescue 51, Rescue 98, Fire Police 51, and Fire Police 98 also responded to the Route 422 accident. Squad 51 crews completed checking the residence before being made available. Route 422 crews were made available about an hour later.
