On the morning of October 14, Limerick personnel visited the Goddard School and His Kids Preschool. At each school, the crew reviewed basic fire safety and fire prevention techniques and then gave the students a tour of Squad 51.

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) theme for this year's Fire Prevention efforts is "Smoke alarms: Make them work for you!" The goal of this year's campaign strives to educate everyone about the importance of having working smoke alarms in the home. Please see the link below to a basic video.
