| On Monday, August 24, the Limerick Crew teamed up with surrounding Region 2 companies for a simulated burn training at the Skippack Burn Facility. Perkiomen, Upper Providence, Royersford, Collegeville, and Trappe were in attendance. Crews rotated different assignments by truck so that each participating crew had the opportunity to perform in their area of the scenario. The following assignments included VES, search and rescue, fire attack, rehab, ground ladder deployment, and RIT.
After the training, all enjoyed a quick dinner of burgers and hot dogs provided by Perkiomen during the training debrief. |
